My passion is empowering you to discover who you are and what you want from life. My approach is personally tailored to you. I choose what is required from a varied toolbox.

I start my journey with you by focusing on the key areas of your life – this may include relationships, health and fitness, parenting, social, emotional, intellectual, financial, career, character, creativity and quality of life.

I work with a tool called the Enneagram. It’s a powerful framework that offers in-depth insights about yourself because it shows that some personality types interpret the world and manage their emotions differently from other types. It provides a rich map to personal development that opens a pathway to self-discovery and greater personal awareness without any judgement.

Finally, I have chosen the sea horse as my logo as sea horses are brave and patient navigators of the sea. In ancient times, they were seen to be guardians of sailors, protecting them from storms. They symbolise uniqueness, strength, good fortune and courage in adversity; all the traits you will demonstrate on your Sort After journey.
